Khulna, June 29 (UNB) - Video clips of two Awamilegue leders engaged in sex spread through internet have raised concern and resentment among the guardians in the city.
About 10-minute video showed the sex of Khokan Chandra Mondal, Local Awamilegue leader and acting principal of Muktijodda College and Bhagabati Goldar, Convenor of Mahila Awami legue and assistant teacher of Batiaghata High School.
Bhagabati, 35, married and mother 2 children, went into hiding to hide her shame. She is also upazila vice-chairman and convenor of Mahila Awami League.
Khokan Chandra, 45, also married and has grown up children has taken shelter of local Awami League leaders for protection.
Local People said Bhagabati and Khokan were in deep love. Recently, Khokan has quietly videoed one of their sessions in Mobile phone. He showed it to her causing her anger and dismay. She distanced from him. Displeased, Khokan passed on the video to internet.
When contacted Khokan admitted that he and Bhagaboti are in the video clips.
upazila chairman of Batighata Ashraful Islam said he seen the video. “It’s a matter of news. How a woman whose grown up children are in school could indulge in scandalous sex.”
